Women Employment Support & Skill Development Initiative

Ashirwad Foundation has been actively working toward women empowerment by providing training, skill development, and employment support to women from slum areas since 2022. The initiative focuses on helping economically disadvantaged women become financially independent and self-reliant through employment opportunities and workplace readiness training.

Under this program, women are guided and supported in securing jobs and livelihood opportunities in various offices, schools, colleges, and other workplaces. Training sessions include communication skills, workplace behavior, confidence building, and basic professional guidance to prepare women for employment opportunities.

Till date, the foundation has supported more than 250 women in improving their livelihood and achieving financial stability. This initiative has positively impacted families by increasing household income and encouraging women to actively participate in social and economic development.

The program continues to empower women by creating sustainable livelihood opportunities and promoting dignity, confidence, and independence among women from underserved communities.
